After Your Initial Enquiry
Enquire via our online form. We’ll get in touch with estimated costs and a link to book in a video call to learn more about your day.
Secure Your Wedding Date
It’s time to make it official and secure your date. Accept our quote and submit a 30% booking deposit.
Developing The Vision
3-4 months before the day a bespoke concept is put together. Get a taste of the creative direction and our suggestions for candles and ceramics to match.
Final Details & Run Through
The pre-event-catch-up. Logistics, finalising floral and styling items — six weeks before the day, we’ll chat through it all.
YOU SHOULD KNOW
You deserve to enjoy your day — hire a coordinator.
Don't underestimate the amount of coordination involved on the day. An expert is much more equipped than a friend — ask for a list of our favorites!
Be comfortable with your wet weather option.
We can only do so much when at the mercy of Mother Nature. Have a wet/extreme weather option that you love, and consider the comfort of your family and friends.
We love it when you bring us your ideas, then trust in the reason you hired us.
And if you give us freedom to create, we'll be able to select seasonal florals that we don't expect to find on the market floor.
You can choose any tradition (or lack of).
There is no floral police, and no right or wrong way to do your wedding. Scrap the corsages and the bouquet toss if you like.
Less guests can lead to a more luxurious experience.
We are huge fans of intimate celebrations where guests are well fed, the venue is looking abundant with blooms and you can enjoy it.
A list of things you don't need - we give you permission.
Corsages, buttonholes, a welcome sign, favours for guests, bathroom flowers, fancy cars, a videographer (sorry!).

We know how stressful wedding planning can be. We offer a luxury service from the initial consultation to the wedding day.
Q. How much should I budget for?
Most Heritage Floral Co. couples spend $7,000 - $10,000. Some double this. Our minimum spend is $5,000 incl. GST.
Q. Do you supply candles?
Yes we do! Our couples can take advantage of our styling inventory and hire items. There's no need for an additional stylist.
Q. Can I make changes to my quote?
Yes, we finalise the look and feel of your designs during the planning process - don't feel like you need to have everything locked in beforehand.
Q. Can you copy another design?
We create bespoke concepts for our couples, using a photo as inspiration, while ensuring the design aligns with our signature style.
Q. Can you style the tables at Bendooley Estate?
Our team can assist with placing menus, name cards, favours, signage and any extra elements for your tables. Ask us how.
Q. Are there any additional fees?
Not unless you add a large number of extra floral pieces to your quote, in which we may need to increase the labour fee. Your quote includes GST.
