It’s time to make it official and secure your date. Accept our quote and submit a 30% booking deposit.
Developing The Vision
3-4 months before the day a bespoke concept is put together. Get a taste of the creative direction and our suggestions for candles and ceramics to match.
Final Details & Run Through
The pre-event-catch-up. Logistics, finalising floral and styling items — six weeks before the day, we’ll chat through it all.

We know how stressful wedding planning can be. We offer a luxury service from the initial consultation to the wedding day.
Q. How much should I budget for?
Most Heritage Floral Co. weddings range from $10,000–$15,000, with smaller celebrations from $8,000. We'll design your quote for maximum impact.
Q. Do you supply candles?
Yes we do! Our couples can take advantage of our styling inventory and hire items. There's no need for an additional stylist.
Q. Can I make changes to my quote?
Yes, we finalise the look and feel of your designs during the planning process - don't feel like you need to have everything locked in beforehand.
Q. Can you copy another design?
We create bespoke concepts for our couples, using a photo as inspiration, while ensuring the design aligns with our signature style.
Q. Can you style the tables at Bendooley Estate?
Our team can assist with placing menus, name cards, favours, signage and any extra elements for your tables. Ask us how.
Q. Are there any additional fees?
Not unless you add a large number of extra floral pieces to your quote, in which we may need to increase the labour fee.
